NCCC Massachusetts (Springfield) Chapter
Trish Lyons is a dynamic leader, visionary, and transformational voice committed to empowering individuals and communities to rise beyond limitations and walk boldly in purpose.
With over 20 years of leadership experience managing businesses, she brings a strong foundation in strategic execution, operational excellence, and people development. As the founder of Trish Lyons & Co LLC, she equips women to overcome life’s challenges, conquer fear, and confidently embrace their identity—flaws, uniqueness, and all. She continues to climb the corporate ladder, expanding her influence and impact within executive spaces.
As a Chapter Leader for the National Cervical Cancer Coalition in Springfield, Massachusetts, Trish leads Shades Of Voices, a movement centered on healing, awareness, and connection—where every voice is seen, heard, and valued.
Her passion for impact extends into her faith, where she serves as a Women’s Ministry Leader—guiding and mentoring women with wisdom, compassion, and spiritual strength.
A writer and inspirational voice, she authors powerful pieces including “I Can’t Hate Cancer” and “Mistaken Identity,” using her words to uplift and ignite purpose. Above all, Trish is a devoted mother to her son Mark and daughter Chazsedy, and is a proud grandmother of three. Her faith is her foundation, and her family is her heartbeat.
At the age of 35, Trish was diagnosed with aggressive Stage 2B adenocarcinoma. On February 4, 2014, she underwent a full hysterectomy. Today, she stands as a Cervical Cancer Survivor, living out her mission— Beyond Survival: “Beyond survival is the space where pain is transformed, repurposed into purpose, and released into a life that thrives.”
