Thank you so much for sharing your story with me. It gives me hope. I am so sorry you are having menopausal issues and have developed lymphedema. I was warned of the risk of this as well and consulted with a LE specialist before treatments began. She told me LE was VERY treatable, annoying, but treatable and to NOT research it on the web because all you see are horrific pictures which in reality, do not happen unless treatments are neglected and many, many years of have passed without proper management. Also, are you on HRT? Many women who have had bad menopausal symptoms find getting on them extremely helpful. I wish you continued success and may the disgusting "beast" NEVER come back! You are a true story of inspiration and I thank you once again for sharing. P.S., I am so happy you hit the 1 year cancer free mark. My Dr. told me that if it were to come back, it would most likely happen within a year. So you can definately exhale now. I hope to soon as well.
