What's New

Join the West Atlanta chapter on Saturday, June 13, for its 4th Annual Save the Cooch Poker Run to raise awareness in the community about cervical cancer and to raise funds for the chapter. In previous years, this amazing event has brought together over 100 bikers from across the southeast!

Registration will be at Harley Davidson of Atlanta from 9:30-10:30 am at 501 Thorton Rd, Lithia Springs. Kickstands up at 11:00 from Harley Davidson of Atlanta. Stops include Bikers Gone Wild (Dallas), Pizza Shack (Dallas), Paddy's Pub and Eatery (Kennesaw) and ending at 120 Tavern in Marietta.

Come out and enjoy a fun day of riding, 50/50, raffles, bike show, cash prize for best hand and more all while supporting a great cause.


The West Atlanta Chapter is pleased to present two fundraising calendars for 2015: the Eye Candy calendar and the Fight Like a Girl calendar. The calendars feature volunteer models and offer facts about HPV and cervical cancer throughout. Proceeds from calendar sales support the chapter's educational and outreach activities.

The signature event of the West Altanta Chapter is the Save the Cooch Poker Run. The 3rd annual poker run, which tooks place in June, 2014, featured over 100 motorcyclists, live music, drawings, and lots of games. In addition to being entertaining and education, with information distriuted about cervical cancer prevention, the event is also an important fundraiser for the the chapter allowing it to continue to support those affected directly and indirectly by HPV and cervical cancer.

Recent chapter events include participation in the 2014 Unstoppable Woman conference, held in Atlanta, GA, in September. Chapter leaders attended the event, designed to motivate and empower women, to share information about cervical cancer raise awareness about the importance of early detection.
